For 25 years, Régis Chamot has brought his heifers up to our alpines pastures. Following this, his sons Denis and Gérard created the GAEC des Bornettes, now producing and selling their preserved meats and cheeses at the farm shop.
Richard et Josiane LATHUILLE - Plateau des Glières
With the milk from their 50 cows, Richard and Josiane Lathuille produce a farm Reblochon (which is gold medal-winning) and farm tomme. Depending of season, this is sold either from the plateau des Glières (summer) or at Saint Jean de Sixt (winter).
